Due to the expansion of the business, we are looking for an HR manager for our confectionery and bakery production unit.
What will you do
To search and select the personnel;
To develop and supervise adaptation of the personnel, training and development of employees;
To develop job descriptions and regulations;
To keep the table of accounts, the control over a condition of labour discipline and over observance of rules of an internal order of the organisation;
To create a personnel reserve; - to form systems KPI;
To supervise system of introduction in posts;
To carry out monitoring of a psychological climate in the company, to avoid occurrence of conflicts in the field of labour and interpersonal relations;
To carry out preparation of the personnel reserve.

Higher professional education (psychological or pedagogical in priority);

Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
