Director of Production (Confectionery and Bakery)

What will you do
Management and administration of four production units (bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream);
Quality control and compliance with product technology and standards;
Initiating and implementing the expansion of the current range, and developing and introducing new products;
Organization and key role in expanding and scaling up production;
Optimization and automation of production business processes;
Management and development of production personnel;
Standardization and reporting of production activities;
Control and accounting for incoming raw materials/output of finished products.

Similar work experience from 3 years;
Experienced RS user;
Experience in food production is extremely preferable;
Command of Russian language, Uzbek advantage;
Experience in managing large-scale production;
Experience in implementing standards and production optimization;
Experience in managing a team of 100 people.
